BYE.BOX LLC ("BYE.BOX", "we", "us") provides on-demand cardboard pickup and recycling services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective date: January 1, 2026.
Name, email, phone number, pickup address, payment information (processed via Stripe — we never store card numbers), pickup history, box size and count data, and basic device and app data.
To schedule and fulfill pickups, calculate and display impact stats, send confirmations and reminders, process payments, improve the service, and send service-related updates.
Only with the Box'R assigned to your pickup (name and address for pickup purposes only), and with our payment processor (Stripe). We never sell your data to third parties and never share it with advertisers, ever.
Data is stored securely in our cloud database, encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized BYE.BOX personnel only.
You may request deletion of your data at any time, opt out of marketing emails, update your information via support, or request a full copy of your data.
We use minimal cookies for session management and analytics only. We do not use advertising cookies.
BYE.BOX is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We will notify users of material changes via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
