Terms of Service

Effective: January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using BYE.BOX you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

BYE.BOX provides on-demand cardboard pickup and recycling services. We are not a waste management company and are not responsible for items other than cardboard boxes left at the pickup location.

3. Pickup Limits

Box counts and sizes are subject to tier limits. Oversized or non-cardboard items will not be collected. Box'Rs may decline unsafe or unreasonable pickups.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

Pickups may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled window. Same-day Rush pickups are non-refundable once a Box'R has been dispatched.

5. Payment

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel anytime via your account settings.

6. Box'R Conduct

Box'Rs are independent contractors. BYE.BOX is not liable for Box'R conduct beyond the scope of the pickup service.

7. Limitation of Liability

BYE.BOX is not liable for property damage, missed pickups due to inaccessibility, or items incorrectly left for pickup.

8. Corporate Accounts

Corporate accounts are subject to a separate agreement upon approval. Custom terms apply.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
